GLEANING, FOOD PANTRY

Throughout the summer months, folks at Calvary pick up fresh produce from farmstands and deliver it to food pantries in our community on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.  On a continuing basis, members fill up food barrels with canned and other non-perishable items which are donated to local food pantries.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES, HEALTH KITS, LAYETTE KITS

On an ongoing basis, CUMC collects items which are taken to the Midwest Distribution Center, collated, and delivered to areas in need throughout the state, country, and world.

CHILDREN'S CLOTHES FOR HAITI

A group of women meet together regularly to sew hospital gowns and shorts for the children's hospital in Haiti.

CARD-MAKING MINISTRY

One Saturday/month folks gather at Calvary to make greeting cards to sell.  Proceeds from this time of fun and fellowship are sent to ChildServ, a ministry serving children and youth and their families.
